DEFINITION
“Return” refers to the act of returning the item that the customer ordered from the pristine pearl.com gateway. The following circumstances could occur and lead to a product return:
- Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
- Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);
- Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal)
Please note that you should not accept the delivery of any merchandise that is damaged. You can return the item for a refund if you find out it is damaged after opening the package. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee a replacement for every product because this will rely on the specific product’s availability; in these situations, we will provide a refund.
If there is an issue with the order in the aforementioned improbable circumstances, we would be pleased to help and address your complaint. You have seven (07) days after the product’s delivery to submit a return request to our customer service. If the customer contacts pristinepearl.com, they have the ability to revoke the return request.
pristinepearl.com will confirm the legitimacy and nature of your return/refund request after receiving it. pristinepearl.com will start the Return and Refund procedure if it determines that the request is sincere. Only after receiving confirmation regarding the product’s contents related to the refund will pristinepearl.com proceed with processing the reimbursement.
pristinepearl.com retains the right to take appropriate legal action against you in the event of baseless and unfounded complaints about the caliber and content of the items, and you will be held entirely responsible for any expenses incurred by pristinepearl.com in this respect.
The returns are subject to the below conditions:-
- Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
- Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
- Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

pristinepearl.com customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, pristinepearl.com will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).
- REFUND PROCESS:
If the claim is determined to be legitimate in any of the aforementioned situations, the refund will be issued. Please note that the refund process will take minimum of 7 working days from the date of request.
- ONLINE CONSULTATION:
Customers who use online consultations can only obtain a refund if their consultation question is not answered within the allotted period.

In the event of a legitimate refund, the customer’s bank account will be credited. The refund procedure must be finished within 30 (thirty) days of the request being submitted.
