Protimedic (10g Protein in 20ml) is a highly concentrated protein source for patients in need of additional protein. It is a Food for Special Medical Purpose and can be used for the dietary management of patients suffering from protein malnourishment.

The dosage should be determined by a health care professional as per Age, BMI and Clinical Condition.

Direction for use/Dosage

The daily dose of Protimedic (10g Protein in 20ml) should be established by a physician. The product does not intend to treat, cure, or prevent a disease or a condition. It is used for the dietary management of certain conditions and/or diseases.

Recommended Dosage:

• • 10 g Protein in 20ml:
  • Follow the advice of a physician.
  • Children (4 years and above): As recommended by a physician.
  • Adults: 2 to 4 sachets per day.

Directions for Use:

• The product can be taken directly from the pouch. In that case it is advised to use the Tropical flavored version and place it in the refrigerator before use.

• It can also be added to food/drinks. Add the content of the Pouch (preferably the Neutral flavor) to food or a drink (<60°C) and mix well.

• The product can also be added to enteral tube feeding. Follow in that case the advice of the healthcare professional. Pre-dilute with additional 20 ml water, draw into a 30-50 ml syringe and inject into the tube. Rinse the tube with 10-20 ml water.

Storage Conditions:

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place and avoid direct sunlight. Consume immediately after opening.
